Photo policy: how every picture on the rota is matched to the woman who comes

A photograph on the rota is a promise about who will knock. The notes below explain how that promise is kept, in the order the desk works through it: the style of the pictures, the sitting, the retouching rules, the renewals, and what happens on the rare night a set lets you down.

Photos 01

Her own

Each set shows the companion you would be booking, and nobody else.

Photos 02

Matched

Checked against her in person and against her photo ID before a single picture goes live.

Photos 03

Softened

Glamour and lifestyle pictures, faces softened for her privacy, and nothing explicit on any page.

Log01

Hotel magazine, not studio

The sets are glamour and lifestyle photography, shot in dresses, in bars and hotel corridors, sometimes out on a pavement at dusk. Her face may be softened or angled away for privacy; the rest of her is shown as she is. No set contains nudity, and nothing in any of them is explicit or chosen to hint at anything beyond an evening of company.

Log02

The sitting with the desk

Before a single picture is published, the companion sits down with the desk. Her photo ID is read, which confirms she is 18 or over, and the images she has brought are laid out and compared with the woman across the table, one after another. Any shot that flatters her into someone else, through an old haircut, a steep angle or heavy work on the file, stays off the rota.

Log03

What a retoucher may touch

Retouching stops at what a good print lab would do: exposure, colour balance, a tidier crop, a spot that will be gone within the week. It never extends to reshaping a face or a figure, changing height, hair or skin, or smoothing away years. Stock photographs, pictures borrowed from anywhere and computer-generated faces are ruled out entirely.

Log04

Twice a year at the least

Every set is looked at again at least every six months, and at once when her appearance changes: a shorter cut, a different colour, a new look for the season. Whatever no longer matches is replaced or removed.

Log05

On the rare night it goes wrong

Should the companion at your door differ from her photographs, tell her before the evening begins; the booking ends there, with nothing to pay. Then write to Henrietta in the thread you used for the booking. The set is withdrawn until it has been corrected.

Log06

Control stays with her

Which photographs appear is her call. One word to the desk and a picture, or the entire profile, is taken down the same day.

FAQ 03

Photos, questioned

Straight answers from the night desk. Anything missing goes to Henrietta in one message.

Yes. Softening hides who she is from a passing colleague or neighbour, not what she looks like: her height, figure, hair and style are all shown as they are on the night.

Age is taken from her photo ID and height at the sitting with the desk, and both stand on her profile as recorded facts rather than figures rounded to flatter.

No. The profile holds the full set, and keeping every image on the page means every image has passed the same checks. The about page covers the rest of the desk's standards.
